Treating Knee Pain

If you are like me you are constantly doing this to that result in knee pain. Whether its jogging, golf, hiking or chasing the kids I seem to hurt my knee one way or another. Nothing serious but definitely annoying.

For the last few years I have been using a knee ice wrap at the first hint of pain and it has helped tremendously. I can strap it on and go about my business. No need to worry about holding it on and no worries about ice melting everywhere.
